Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Data storage on the web server

When you visit our website, the web server automatically saves data such as your IP address, the address of the pages visited, details of your browser, date and time. We do not use these data and do not pass them on. In the event of illegal behavior, however, these data can be accessed.

Contact us

If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that the IP data of the subscriber, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer are stored by the web shop operator as cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing.

In addition, we will also store the following data in order to process the contract: e-mail address, telephone number. The data provided are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.

The data stored by us will be deleted after the purchase process has been cancelled. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).

Our website uses so-called cookies. These small text files are stored on your end device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you when cookies are set and only allows storage in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Addition of data processing

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 Telecommunications Act and Art. 6 Para. 1a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. The user data are stored for a period of six months.

Your rights

Basically, you are entitled to the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
