Terms of payment

Prices, charter booking and terms of payment:

The charter price includes the use of the yacht as well as all its facilities including transit log. Extras will be charged separately and the costs will be agreed with the customer.

The price does not include harbor fees, fuel as well as damage that exceeds normal use.

Once the charter reservation has been confirmed, which can only be done in writing, payment must be made as follows:

Deposit of € 1.500,00 as reservation fee.

50% prepayment within 7 days after the booking is reconfirmed.
includes the € 1,500 reservation fee.

50% at least 30 days before the trip starts.

A deposit of € 1000 must be paid in cash before departure.

Withdrawal from the charter contract, cancellation conditions:

Reservation fee:
In order to confirm an irrevocable reservation, the customer is obliged to pay a deposit of € 1.500,00.

This fee is part of the total price.

If the customer cancels the reservation after Stadler Yachting d.o.o. has confirmed the reservation, the reservation fee paid will be retained as manipulation costs.

Sollte der Charter- Vertrag durch den Kunden/in, aus welchen Gründen auch immer,
gekündigt werden, so werden dem Kunden/in folgende Stornogebühren in Rechnung
gestellt:

  • 50% of the charter price if the booking is cancelled more than one month before the first charter day.
  • 100% of the charter price if the booking is cancelled less than one month before the first charter day.
